challenge

The candidate builds a planner for a 2D robot arm that emits JSON routines the simulator can execute. Phase 1: ship a planner program (any language) plus the routines it produced for the public scenes. Phase 2: ship a playable API slice — schema, fixtures, and a tiny planner module whose outputs replay here. Evaluation: safety, scene coverage, and clarity of the design writeup. Reviewer has the same visibility as the candidate; nothing is held out.
